Again, this evaluation offers nothing to help the speaker grow and may, in fact, discourage further growth. This is a situation which happened in the kitchen where I was the evaluator! Honest evaluations can and should be upbeat and encouraging, while still pointing out areas for improvement. From the moment we get up in the morning until we go to bed at night, we are constantly evaluating the people and things around us.
