Darkness in the Blood Quotes
Her brother, who had been dying of cancer is now healthy and back to his old self. Be that as it may, it is still an entertaining read.
Ethan’s brother and exact likeness–except for his eyes I give this one 4 stars because of the many areas that had missing tye in the sentences and the way this one didn’t hold me as well as the first one, at least until the final few chapters.
Everything was just better this time around. I would not mind if she got help from the guy who does not like shirts. Clea Well, I’m kind sarkness wishing right now that I’d either rated the previous book 4 stars or that it was possible to rate a book higher than 5 stars, because Keire’s book Dafkness in the Blood was even better than the previous.

Darkness in the Blood (Angel’s Edge, #2) by Vicki Keire
A skill he calls Dreamwalking. Gifts of the Blood is the first of a trilogy set in the mythical town of Whitfield, where she has several other paranormal series planned. This is good, given what Ethan gave up for her in the first book in the series. The characters are starting to thoroughly annoy me. She’s impulsive, somehow thinks she can protect her loved ones without consulting them at all particularly when it’s obvious they’re keeping many secrets from herbumbling when she is pro-active and generally trying to keep her head in the sand otherwise.
Whitfield is a compilation of all she loves about her upbringing with a sprinkling of the things she doesn’t.
Things have been progressing nicely in this trilogy and I can only imagine what the finale will bring. Christian gives Caspia an offer she can’t refuse, only she doesn’t agree to it until Jack, another Nephilim that can call on shadows, comes to her aid in a dream.
I loved the relationship between Caspia and Ethan in this book. Other books in the series. Caspia meets Jack and begins getting important information from him; answers to who and what she is. I was thrilled that the novel was bold enough not to lean on the love triangle! Need to find the next one which I think is the last. The second book vivki a trilogy is all about MORE. Angel’s Edge 2 Still captivating and beautiful. None of the lucky ones, anyway.
There are no discussion topics on this book yet. Simply put, she did not love him enough for such a sacrifice. I loved the richness of the angel-Nephilium material, and the layers of magic and magical creatures in Whitfield. Okay I’m done – I tried to keep reading but I’m over halfway through this book and I just can’t do it anymore. But I do happen to like it. Ethan’s choice creates an air of uncertainty between then, giving more realistic depth to their relationship.
Trivia About Darkness in the B Though I must say that I am slowly being drawn to the bad boy angel: I don’t care what happens enough to continue. It’s another well written book by this author with a lot of emotion and mystery mixed in.
Overall this is an incredibly well written, exciting and enchanting story with a refreshingly unique storyline about Fallen Angels, Nephilim and all things supernatural. Preview — Darkness in the Blood by Vicki Keire. As the story progresses she finds even more to protect and must learn from Jack and hone her abilities, all the while keeping a great deal of secrets from those she loves.

Again there’s lack of chemistry. The action, swoon-worthy romance and plot twists made me wish that I didn’t have to do anything besides read and find out what was going to happen next!
There was no chemistry or sparks between Caspia and Ethan. I love how he’s crazy keier minute and sane the next. I can normally accept that and don’t pay it much mind. He’s human now and it’s like there’s no desire fr I couldn’t bring myself to earkness this book.
I don’t even care enough to continue this review.
