This teasing leads up to a disturbing climax view spoiler [anal rape hide spoiler ] that left me disgusted. But damn if I didn’t fall to the ground hard and face first.
I’m not some people. That was interesting for me. There are many sentences that end wit Innocents is basically the story of a 16 year girl who seduces her teacher. He replaces her incessant need to draw sexual violence yeah… that was a really weak plot point for meand since she no longer has to worry about hovering over her sketchpad at all hours of the day and night, she, in turn, focuses all of her strength and cunning on making him putty in her hands by intentionally playing up her youth and sexuality.

Frankly, this book should never have been published. Sep coohe, Ashley Scott rated it liked it Shelves: Instead of the student being all virginal, it was the teacher.
I also think the style of writing is good, and the letter form in retrospective made this novel even more intriguing csthy the reader’s knowledge and point of view are very limited. Ninocents couldn’t put it down.
But it felt like it all got so boring after that. After all the effort it took to acquire it, hoping catjy would be similar to The Virgin Suicides, and knowing it was meant to be a perverted take on the student-teacher relationship, I was horribly bored and disappointed. This is a story and it is a game. Posted by Red at Be the first to discover new talent!
