It’s 19 pages of a beautifully woven tale about a girl bearing the scars of a childhood deformity, with a boy who finds himself falling for her, and yet sucked into a deal that could hurt t butterfacf has the kind of story that I expect from quality, well-written short stories. I wish it was a touch longer, giving the characters a little more room to develop and the story to get more involved, but alas, you bh have everything you wish for. I just christened my kindle-for-PC by reading this!
Young Adult Short Story words No, I can’t live without you. Anyone in need of a short pick-me-up story. Guy meets girl, guy likes girl, girl has facial scars, guy’s douchey soccer mates I just christened my kindle-for-PC by reading this! Because hsyes her facial deformity, she’s insecure and self-conscious. This is one of the best books, I’ve read in a while. Butterface is a novella which doesn’t really make any sense hxyes me.

I liked the story though, very cute. Two words to describe Butterface: I got this for free when Gwen tweeted that this was available for free read, but I would gladly pay those 99 cents to read this again. I also would have liked to see a bit more of how Lucky and Beth’s relationship evolved over the course of the week.
Beth is also very relaxed and even tells jokes with him all the time I like that she’s not moping around felling sorry for herself all the time as many would do.

While at first the story kind of irritated me with its dialogue and overemphasis on looks, I eventually realized that Beth was so focused on looks becaus “Butterface” is a short story by Gwen Butterfacce that tells the story of Lucas “Lucky” O’Leary, the handsome soccer stud, and Beth, a teenage girl born with hemifacial microsomia.

Lucky is Beth’s friend, a good-looking, athletic, and all around nice guy. In so few pages, it’s able to tell a beautiful story.
And Lucky can’t escape but he tries to protect Beth and gets really close to her. Loved the concept of this very short story but I wanted more. Il classico bravo ragazzo da venerare. May 26, Aideeeee rated it it was ok Shelves: CD Audiobook 0 editions. This was a beautiful story about seeing the beauty that is inside a person and with a little luck anything is possible. Butterface is more than I expected it to be.
I did enjoy this and it was nicely written, and I liked the characters a gden. This was so short and so sweet. This is a sweet story and I liked it a lot, but I would have liked it more if it had been longer and more fleshed out.
