In this collection of 12 short stories, French author Anna Gavalda explores themes of love and isolation. It didn’t even take an effort to read through, which can be seen as a positive thing in this case.
The book received much praise and is a library and school selection worldwide in several languages. I liked the calmness and courage very much in which the woman gets her revenge on the rapists.
